THURSDAY 19TH AUGUST – STUR CARNIVAL 2 MILLS FUN RUN

In place of training this week we will be running in the Stur Carnival fun run, which we checked out during last Thursday’s training. The race starts at 7.15pm from the recreation ground, so you could either park nearby or turn up at the Leisure Centre in good time and jog down. The main course is 5½ miles and the short version is 1½ miles. It will cost cost £2 to enter (£1 for the short course) and there will probably be a little snack at the end for finishers.
